I ordered a women's small and they are a tad tight in the waist. My hips are 35". Waist is 28" or 29". I usually wear a 4. These are still the best cycling shorts/chamois I've ever used. Awesome Ischial tuberosity/sit bones cushioning without being too thick or bunching up in the female area. These shorts make an all day ride possible.
