Just purchased an Apple 13 Pro Max. It's noticeably heavier than my last IPhone. Last thing i wanted was a heavy, bulky case. Never heard of Tech 21 until a friend told me that over the years, he'd had numerous cases. He likes the the 21 far better than all the others. Before using a gift card/ordering from Amzon I went to several big box stores and looked at all the popular cases. Never saw one or felt one that I liked better than the 21. It's light weight, guaranteed to withstand a 16 foot drop (others don't commit to this kind of stat) and looks good. Love the grips on both sides and the ones on top; especially when I am holding the phone with one hand and texting with the other. Only thing I don't like is the fact that case is not as black as I would like.
