I am 6’1” and 172lbs. I bought the extra large size and the fit is very good. I used it for the first time yesterday in a sprint event and today I have no chaffing or other irritations. I wore it under my Xterra wetsuit and the two coexist perfectly. Remember your body glide and you should be fine!This was cleary a well crafted cycling suit. Unfortunately mine was too small so I returned it but its a quality product for sure.Good quality! Love it!This is skin tight as a tri suit should be. However, the large is for all but my height, so the legs and arms are a bit long. The medium would likely not even fit over my limbs given how tight this is. This is true to size for the average body type.I upgraded to this Synergy from a cheaper suit and it made an immediate difference in the swim, shaving several minutes off of my 1500m time. Provides some buoyancy, but has a lot of comfort and flex.This suit is very snugg it fits like second skin .But it moves with you . I would definitely wear this suit again. I did a 8 miles ride to test out.I am 5 11 205lbs chest 41. Wearing LargeI’m 6’3 200 and went with XL. Too tight around chest and the seams in the armpits dig in a little.
