This product is great. It has everything that I was looking for: strong, durable, and pretty. It is very secure and there is no way that this cover will accidentally come off when moving your laptop. It does take a minute to install it, just because it is so form-fitted, but it’s worth it.Their customer service is excellent too, I had a small issue with the product a couple weeks after purchasing it, and they were extremely helpful and understanding and helped me resolve the issue quickly and efficiently. They have definitely made me a customer for life.I always get great comments when people see me using my MacBook Pro. With this MOSISO case, I get even more - Just like adding a tuxedo to it. All plus the protection it gets for my MacBook Pro - Well worth it!The cover looks and feels great! Exactly the color I was looking for (blue/gray). It also has that soft rubber/plastic coating on it so it's not easily scratched. The keyboard cover is cool too! It stays in place, protects my keyboard and looks great. I haven't had any issues with the keyboard cover moving around and I type pretty quickly (90 WPM). So unless you have a habit of sliding your fingers around a lot while typing, it won't give you any issues. Plus it feels good under your fingers, with slightly better traction to the keys.Now onto the bad part... While the bottom half of the case went on without a hitch, the top cover was a PITA! I was NOT able to get it on without some modifications to one of the corners of the top part of the cover. It was off by ~1mm and would NOT snap on the laptops lid. I had to sand one of the corners down slightly before I was able to get it completely on the lid.They really need to recalibrate their machining process to widen one of the corners so it will fit better. In the end, it looks great, so I guess the trouble was worth the time, but it would've been better if I didn't have to waste my own time to get it to fit.I used to love this case - previously, it lasted several months without cracking. I have bought the item twice recently where the case has cracked with limited use in just a week after installing. These are not the same quality they used to be.I read another review where someones screen cracked because they tried to press too hard when installing the top part incorrectly. I was very afraid of that so I watched the video and after that got it on easy. the keyboard cover fits perfect on my 16 inch pro and doesn't cover the Touch Bar or anything. I can still see the backlighting as well if I turn it up. I can't really rate the durability as I haven't dropped my laptop, but so far it has done a good job of protecting it from cosmetic damage. my only real problem was that in the photo, it looked like the case was sheer/translucent (I got the avocado green one) but it is completely opaque. luckily I can just put an apple sticker on it to solve that problem, but I kinda wanted to showcase the space gray. overall a good product.The case is hard to take on and off. Abs sometimes it is difficult to get it on all the way. The keyboard cover leaves a print on the computer screen. And the plugs on the side are difficult to plug adapters into because you cannot push it in all the way with the case on if it is a long adapterI needed a new bottom piece. One of the corners cracked on my existing case (as it normal for cases like this -- better an inexpensive case than an expensive lap top). My lap top is space gray. I liked the black one I had but I thought the aesthetic could be improved if I used a gray case. This one is great. It isn't "exactly" space gray, but it doesn't contrast with it. It looks less like I am carrying around a piece of plastic and more like I am carrying a piece of equipment. If I had to pick something I did not like, I would say that I'd prefer that the foot pads on the bottom were gray instead of white, but these are rarely if ever visible. The keyboard cover is slim. It does not have characters printed on it. I like this because the characters can sometimes not match up the what it printed on the keys and the letters are off. This cover is translucent enough so that I can clearly see the characters on my keys and it is also gray so there is less visual distraction between me and my work space.A very sturdy case and fit well with my 2019 Macbook Pro. I did have some difficulties in installing, mostly because I didn't have enough strength the press the case. Even when wasn't 100% installed, it still clip on my device quite securely though.Since I got a coloured one, it wasn't sheer at all. In saying so, I love the matte surface, it gives off a high-quality, expensive looking. But if you were hoping to get a sheer case, wouldn't recommend going for a coloured case, particularly this pink one.The only downside of this purchase for me is the keyboard cover. Despite the combination of pink and white is very cute, it can be quite difficult to see the letters. Would be great if the production can change the colour combination (e.g. pink & burgundy).Para una computadora que mínimo costó 45k MXN esta funda es un pedazo de plástico brilloso. Si no fuera porque este fin de semana voy a trabajar en un lugar lleno de polvo y con posibilidad de que se raye la regresaba. Ya sabía que el protector no le iba a quedar porque mi teclado es latinoamericano con "ñ", pero creo que es lo único que vale la pena, el latex de lo que está hecho es muy suave y por eso se salva y le doy dos estrellas, si no, le daba 1Usar esto provoca que la máquina se caliente, lo compre para una MacBook Pro 16" y aparte de que se calienta más rápido se ve una macbook de los 2000's , no sé si sea peor un rayon por el uso a que se queme la máquina más rapido por este material de baja calidad, me parece un precio alto para ser un Plastico de baja calidad.Great product overall, but is a fingerprint magnet. The matte finish on the case allows it to instantaneously pick up any. I would recommend going for one without the matte finish as even if it does collect fingerprints it would be less noticeable.I bought the mac case 16' and two corners are already shipped - I work from home, so not even taking my computer outside and the case already broken - I think is because I tried to open mi laptop from the corners - which should be fine to do it.. See the photos. Also I bought the matte transparent and you can see all the fingers marks.
