I got this for my foot and I really prefer it over the standard red lights for a few reason. The main reason is that this goes right against my skin and the light is for sure hitting the entire surrounded area instead of just the top/side of my foot that a normal light would hit. Another is that I am really light sensitive with my eyes and so I usually have to wear dark glasses for protection with the normal lights but this one when is on is not blinding and goes straight to the skin. I suffer from inflammation and have been using red light therapy for over a year now and it really helps. This is also wireless. It comes with a charging cord but it does not need to be plugged in to work. You can use it on your foot, knee, elbow, shoulder, etc. I like that it has a auto shut off in 20 minutes. You can use it up to three times daily. Red light therapy has so many benefits and I am really happy with this wrap.
